Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing is a community class for Parkinson's patients and their caregivers. It is built around movement, rhythm, and confidence in a friendly setting.

Boxing style exercise uses large motor movements, balance, coordination, and repeated rhythm to support improved function and quality of life. Research shows this kind of training can help create new neural pathways and slow disease progression.

Danny Reyes leads this class with a background in adaptive fitness and a calm, encouraging style that makes the room feel safe and welcoming.

"I have more energy and better balance than I did two years ago. This class gave me my confidence back." - Robert H., participant since 2022
